as per alex's request! after so many days, i was able to make it at last. i thought i perfected the lattice top, but boy i was wrong. the dough was the perfect consistency and thickness (doesn't happen too often you know). i was able to make a perfect lattice on the mat. however, when it was time to put it on top of the pie... well that's another story :D
